Issue

  • The following SNMP alert is seen from Solarwinds:

Orion Alert: The Node node1 has error spm. httpd.process.exit:The web server ( httpd) with ID 9142 exited as a result of signal 11. This server will attempt to restart. Trap Details =      snmpTrapOID:= 1.3.6.1.4.1.789.0.12     productTrapData:= spm. httpd.process.exit:The web server ( httpd) with ID 9142 exited as a result of signal 11. This server will attempt to restart.     productSerialNum:= 1-80-000011     snmpTrapOID:= 1.3.6.1.4.1.789.0.12     sysUpTime:= 845527086     experimental.1057.1.0:= x.x.x.x snmpTrapEnterprise:= 1.3.6.1.4.1.789

  • ONTAP EMS indicates the following:

Sat Dec 02 11:30:37 -0500 [node1: spmd: spm.httpd.process.exit:alert]: The web server (httpd) with ID 9142 exited as a result of signal 11. This server will attempt to restart.
