One node fails to send AutoSupport via SMTP after performing LIFs' down and up operation

Issue

  • After performing the LIF down/up operation, one node cannot send AutoSupport via SMTP. 
  • notifyd log indicates that the Cluster Management LIF cannot communicate with the SMTP server, resulting in curl error (28): Timeout was reached.
