Issue

An object store becomes unavailable due to the following error message

Fri Sep 08 11:58:52 -0400 [cluster2-01: OscHighPriThreadPool: object.store.unavailable:EMERGENCY]: Unable to connect to the object store "fp1" from node a7c13aef-8e2a-11e9-9968-00a098fa1f94. Reason: Inter-cluster LIF not configured.
