ONTAP upgrade paused due to aborted AUTOBOOT on the node

Issue

  • During ONTAP upgrade, the upgrade is paused as the node does not boot to "waiting for giveback".
  • From the console logs, it is found that Autoboot was aborted as the upgrading node booted to the backup image, which in turn disrupted the ONTAP upgrade:
