ONTAP shows error 61 while trying to change the https ports from node scope

Issue

  • Non-default HTTPS port set in ONTAP (for ex: 4443 instead of 443)
  • ONTAP shows Error: smf-net: Connect of fd 224 failed because of error 61 while trying to modify the https port to 443 via system services web node modify
  • API tools like AIQUM also failed to connect to the cluster via  defauolt https port (443) with error: Unable to add Cluster to Active IQ Unified Manager (v9.x)" Failed to fetch the HTTPS certificate from <cluster_name/IP>. Enter a valid Host name or Port.
