The 'cluster setup' command

Issue

Unable to add node to existing cluster using the 'cluster setup' command. In this case, the customer used 10.213.132.135, which was the cluster_mgmt LIF and was located on a private network:
 
Enter the IP address of an interface on the private cluster network from the
cluster you want to join: 10.213.132.135

Joining cluster at address 10.213.132.135

RPC: Couldn't make connection [from mgwd on node "" (VSID: -3) to mgwd at 10.....Error: RPC: Cpildn't make connection [from mgwd on node "" (VSID: -3) to mgwd at 10.213.132.135]

Resolve the issue, then try the command again.
