NFS disrupted and LIF unreachable because LAGs on ONTAP and switch do not match

Issue

  • NFS clients cannot connect to NFS server because LIF on ONTAP node is unreachable
  • ONTAP node has physical ports e0a, e0b, and e0c
    • The corresponding switch ports are eth1, eth2, and eth3
  • LIF is on ifgrp port a0a
  • e0a and e0b are members of a0a
  • All 3 switch ports are members of port channel PortChannel-1
