Key-manager setup reports VLAN and ifgrp ports are not available for use in ONTAP 9.5x and later

Issue

cluster1::> security certificate show -subtype kmip-cert

clusterl::> security key-manager external enable -vserver cluster1 -key-servers 10.0.0.10:5696 -client-cert AdminVSClientCert -server-ca-certs AdminVSCACert

The following nodes have node management LIFs that are not hosted only on
VLAN or ifgrp ports: "node-01", "node-02".
Use the (privilege: advanced) "security key-manager external
boot-interfaces modify" to override the default port and specify a
physical network port for use during the boot process.
