No, there is no direct method to redirect ongoing writes to a different constituent within a FlexGroup volume. FlexGroup volumes are designed to automatically distribute files across constituents based on internal heuristics. However, if you need to move a large file to a different constituent or aggregate, there are supported methods to do so manually or through rebalancing operations.
