  • No, it isn't.
  • As the TR-4220 SNMP Support in Data ONTAP,  cpuTooBusy SNMP trap is not supported in ONTAP 9.
  • Both options.thresholds.cpuBusy and options.thresholds.cpuTooBusy are not valid in ONTAP 9, too.
