IO recovery delay during node failure test with 'system power off' command

Issue

During a node failure test conducted using the system power off command from the BMC/SP, IO recovery time is significantly longer compared to recovery time after manually triggering a panic.
 
Example:
  • IO recovery time after system power off: Up to 137 seconds
  • IO recovery time after panic: Up to 54 seconds
