Fatal error on T6 network ports e1a/e1b (t6nex1) or e0a/e0b

Issue
- Node panics with watchdog NMI accompanied by fatal parity error on e1a/e1b just prior to panic:

- If node is able to boot or remains up, may also see EMS messages:

[node01: intr: netif.fatal.err:alert]: The network device in slot 0 encountered fatal error e0a/e0b
- Node may not panic but will receive HA interconnect down callhome EMS messages:
[callhome.hainterconnect.down:alert]: Call home for HA INTERCONNECT DOWN due to link1 down.
