Failed to migrate data lif to new nodes, getting error Lif cannot be migrated to node because information for that Vserver is temporarily unavailable on that node

Issue

Unable to migrate lif to newly added nodes in cluster and geting below error while modifying the lif home-node or home-port to new node03.

::*> net interface modify -vserver clusterA.data-SVM -lif clusterA.node01-lif1 -home-node node03 -home-port e4e
  (network interface modify)

Error: command failed: LIF "clusterA.node01-lif1" on Vserver "clusterA.data-SVM" cannot be migrated to node "node03" because information for that Vserver is temporarily
       unavailable on that node. Wait a few minutes, and then try the operation again
