Issue

Volume created after the upgrade to ONTAP 9.12.1, can be assigned the same MSID as the existing FlexGroup.

EMS Log event indicating the issue:Mon Aug 1 10:10:10 +0200 [node01: mgwd: vol.duplicate.msid:EMERGENCY]: Duplicate MSID "xxxxxxxxxx" has been detected in SVM "svm_name". The duplicate MSID is used for volumes "vol_name_1" and "vol_name_2".
