Copying large file at the time deleting other large file fails with insufficient disk space

Issue

Example:

1TB volume exists.

400GB files file1 and file2 exist on the volume.

  1. Delete file1.
  2. Copy another 400 GB file at the same time.
  3. Copy fails with insufficient space.

Note: Copying the file after a short time is successful.
