Issue

Post upgrade to 9.14, configuration backups fail due to the following error:
 
Message: configbr.backupFailed: The cluster configuration backup netapp.weekly.2024-04-28.00_15_00.7z cannot be created. Error: 'Failed to create tarball for backup "netapp.weekly.2024-04-28.00_15_00.7z". Error: Failed to create package with name "/mroot/etc/backups/.tmp/.tmp.bk.netapp.weekly.12.1714277700/cluster_replicated_records/inner.replicated_records.7z"'.
