Clone split fails with error: Clone and the parent volumes are in different Vservers

Issue

The clone split operation fails due to the parent and clone volumes being hosted in different vservers and using the same encryption key:

::> volume clone split start -vserver vserver1 -flexclone vol_flexclone1 -foreground true

Error: [Job 4382] Job failed: Clone and the parent volumes are in different Vservers, but are using the same Vserver level encryption-key. Vserver level encryption-key needs to be changed before the clone split. In order to change the Vserver level encryption-key, either do clone volume rekey or clone volume rehost
