Cannot reduce size of a volume due to max-autosize error

Issue

When trying to reduce the size of a volume from ONTAP System Manager or via the cluster CLI, the following error is received:

“One or more of the fields "-max-autosize","-size" are being set/modified. Set the values such that "-max-autosize" and "-size" should always be less than or equal to 100T.”
