Yes, when "-is-space-reporting-logical true" option is applied to volume, Windows network drive displays logical used space.
Example:
::>volume modify -vserver <SVM Name> -volume <Volume Name> -is-space-reporting-logical true
Notes:
  • By default, Windows network drives display the physical used space reported by the ONTAP volume.
  • With storage efficiency enabled, logical used space accurately reflects amount of data written by users.
