Answer

Yes.  As long as there is double the space for the vol move.

Additional Information

Action Plan:

  1. Verify if have enough space in the aggregate where the volume lives - need double the space to perform volume move to unencrypt
  2. Unencrypt all NVE volumes while in takeover
  3. Perform GiveBack
  4. Disable Onboard Key Manager
