No, it is not possible.
 
Note:
  • AutoSupport logs are collected with a maximum SMTP size (default 5MB).
  • As a result, some logs may be truncated, and the same logs are not consistently collected each time.
  • While the MANIFEST.XML log can confirm the names and number of files collected, there is no method to confirm the expanded file size or number of files.
