Answer

No, ONTAP at its core is unix based and every multiprotocol NAS operation is mapped to a unix user ID which is either 0, 655455, 655454, or whatever ID is assigned to it by LDAP/NIS/localhost authentication. Fpolicy would need to be able to do the user ID looks up in order for this to work.
