CIFS client cannot access newly created Flexcache, EMS says SPINNP_ERR_JUNCTION

• CIFS client cannot access CIFS share of newly created Flexcache volume
  • File Explorer hangs and then says Not able to access \\server\share. Maybe you don't have the right permissions to access that network resource. Contact your server administrator.
• EMS on the Flexcache destination cluster says
