No, there are no impacts from changing the minimum autosize after starting to use the volumes, because the condition after changing the value is the same as if the changed value had been applied when creating the volumes and then increasing their usage.

The minimum size for -minimum-size parameter of volume autosize, and -min-autosize parameter of volume modify and volume create, is 20 MB
