AutoSupport "-to" parameter is intended for customer -specified addresses. It must not include the NetApp autosupport@netapp.com e-mail address. This configuration can result in automation failures with NetApp AutoSupport systems if duplicate AutoSupport messages are received via HTTPS and SMTP transports.
