After ONTAP upgrade, errors related to the management gateway are observed

Issue

The management gateway on the node intermittently becomes unavailable.

Messages similar to the below are observed:
EMERGENCY spm.mgwd.process.exit: Management Gateway (mgwd) subsystem with ID 23351 exited as a result of signal signal 10. The subsystem will attempt to restart.
ERROR ucore.panicString: 'mgwd: Received SIGBUS (Signal 10) at RIP 0x82665fa7c (pid 23351, uid 0, timestamp 1591263431).'
EMERGENCY spm.mgwd.process.exit: Management Gateway (mgwd) subsystem with ID 22835 exited as a result of signal signal 11. The subsystem will attempt to restart.
ERROR ucore.panicString: 'mgwd: Received SIGSEGV (Signal 11) at RIP 0x83553fb83 accessing address 0x84a20000c (pid 22835, uid 0, timestamp 1591262847)'
