ANDU error: System busy: 7 requests on table "cluster_image_start_ndu_giveback_job"

Issue

During ANDU, the process was paused with error:

Cluster1::> cluster image show-update-progress

Estimated Duration: 01:22:00
Elapsed Duration  : 08:00:03
Overall Status    : The "ONTAP updates" update phase is in the
                    "paused-on-error" state.
The update cannot continue until
                    the error has been resolved. Resolve all issues, then use
                    the "cluster image resume-update" command to resume the
                    update.
