ANDU auto-sends Maintenance START AutoSupport even if "-estimate-only" is used

Issue

In versions without a fix for Bug 1536689, ONTAP sends an AutoSupport messsage MAINT=10h AUTOMATED NDU when the -estimate-only true option is used:
