Issue

The Service Processor (SP) issues timeout errors when the processors in the system controller are not functioning.
The following are examples of SP-issued messages:
[IPMI Event.critical]: NMI
[IPMI Event.critical]: L2 watchdog timeout hard reset
[Trap Event.critical]: hwassist l2_watchdog_reset (29)
