Cluster takeover causes the LIFs down：
Example:
Fri Aug 07 18:41:31 xxx [nodename: vifmgr: vifmgr.lifdown.noports:alert]: LIF lif_name (on virtual server x), IP address x.x.x.x, currently cannot be hosted on node nodename, port portname, or any of its failover targets, and is being marked as down.
