CONTAP-347687: Snapshots created with logical-snap-id=0

Issue

ONTAP Snapshots consist of a logical and a physical snapshot ID, both of which should not be zero.
Existing Snapshots show a logical-snapshot-id=0:

:*> snapshot show MyVolume -fields logical-snap-id,physical-snap-id

Such Snapshots existing on a snapmirror source volume, can cause snapmirror to fail with errors similar to:
