Why the node serial number does not appear in the Support Site to open a case

Answer
- The NetApp Support Site only shows nodes with an active support contract
- If a motherboard is replaced, that changes the serial number of the node and the support contract will be removed from the old Serial Number and transferred to the new Serial Number
