Unable to perform giveback due to switch RCF not being configured

Issue

  • After the reboot, the node is stuck on "Waiting for reservations to clear".

BMC node-04> system console
Type Ctrl-D to exit.
Waiting for reservations to clear

  • Performed a CFO(Cluster failover giveback) with "require partner waiting false" and the node went to partial giveback.
  • Cluster ports didn't come online.
