Unable to copy RCF files from Cluster Network switch to bootflash via scp syntax

Issue

The customer is attempting to copy the RCF file from the switch to the bootflash by using the following syntax and is encountering the following error:
sw2# copy scp://x.x.x.x/netapp/switch_firmware/NX9336C-FX2-RCF-vl.12a-1-Cluster-HA-Breakout.txt bootflash:
Enter vrf (If no input, current vrf 'default' is considered) :ssh: connect to host 10.90.181.9 port 22: No route to host
