  • Cluster experienced an unexpected automatic controller takeover.
  • Node-01 took over Node-02 due to a communication error, resulting in the cluster going out of quorum.
  • Storage Failover reason: 'TAKEOVER_FIRMWARE_EXP' (firmware timer expiration)
