Issue

  • After a power outage the system does not power on
  • No LEDs are lit on the controllers
  • No LEDs are lit on the front panel and disks
  • Green LEDs are lit on the two PSUs
  • Performing a complete power cycle from PSUs causes controller LEDs to briefly turn on before turning off again
  • System will not power on even when populated with the bare minimum components (1 chassis + 1 PSU)
