Reoccurring Node Panic on low memory platform for Nodewatchdog on 9.13.1 after a SnapMirror abort operation with a Message similar to :
 
  • Process secd unresponsive for 660 seconds in process nodewatchdog on release 9.13.1 (C)
  • Process mgwd unresponsive for 746 seconds (mgwd startup: "(3234)") in process nodewatchdog on release 9.13.1P1 (C)
