SP or BMC IP address is not immediately available after motherboard replacement

Issue

NetApp AFF and FAS models include either a SP or BMC.  These devices provide remote node management access.  When a motherboard is replaced on one of these systems, the IP address of the SP or BMC is not immediately reachable.
