All NetApp FAS controllers with Flash Cache PCIe expansion cards (non-NVME)

Issue

User may notice repeating Flash Cache errors in the EMS or event logs indicating a problem with the Flash Cache card ending with "slot X has experienced a FPGA configuration CRC mismatch"

Example:
5/13/2021 14:08:04  Node1 DEBUG         iomem.card.config.crc.err: Caching module (model name X1974A-R6, serial number
1234567890, part number 111-00903) in slot 3 has experienced a FPGA configuration CRC mismatch
