Issue

Task is using Upgrade by moving storage method to upgrade FAS system(Headswap)

Headswap source: FAS8200

ONTAP 9.7P20

Headswap target: FAS8700

ONTAP 9.10.1P3

As part of headswap procedure, target FAS8700 HA system downgraded from ONTAP 9.10.1P3 to ONTAP 9.7P20
After downgrade, subsequent reboot failed with PANIC: Upgrade unsupported from release 9.7 to release 9.10 in SK process rc on release 9.10.1P3 (C) on Sun Dec 18 06:28:38 GMT 2022
