- While attempting to boot, the controller does not continue past
arc4random: no preloaded entropy cache
and the node remains indefinitely stuck with no further output:

- Performing a system power cycle of the controller does not help.
- Issue persists after attempting a system reset backup or system reset primary from the SP/BMC.
- The node does not boot even after reseating all the components on the motherboard.
