ONTAP displayed platform does not match the purchased platform model

Issue

  1. The platform purchased from NetApp can be viewed from the Order Status on NetApp Support Site.
  2. The  product links in the Applies To section lists the different platform models for each series.
  3. To confirm the platform model recognized by ONTAP use one of these methods:
    1. System Manager to view hardware configuration
    2. Command line to display node attributes
  4. The model/platform does not match what appears on the order status page.
