Node unable to boot with no LEDs or SP console output and PSU faults reported on partner

Issue

  • Node not responding.
  • No link activity.
  • No Service Processor console output.
  • Partner node reports takeover for no heartbeat in EMS:

Failover monitor: Takeover initiated after no heartbeat was detected from the partner node

  • Surviving node reports PSU faults in platform sensors.
