Issue

  • The node "Node1" experienced a reboot and panic due to a faulty PCI card installed in an unsupported slot.

  • The X2071A PCI card was installed in slot 4, which is not supported for this card.

sysconfig: 4x12Gb miniSAS HD HBA card (PN X2071A) in slot 4 must be in one of these slots: 2,3,5.
