Issue

  • New installation or physical system relocation
  • Node fails to boot and shows on the console repeating messages of:

"Entering FM state:5 because mbFound:0 local in headswap:0"

  • In maintenance mode

*> disk show  -v
Local System ID: xxxxxxxx
