Issue

  • Autosupport mails with subject HA Group Notification (CLUSTER NETWORK DEGRADED) ALERT
  • Simultaneous link down on multiple ports, recovering after some time
  • Below error message reported on events log:
    10/24/2025 22:26:20 node1  ERROR vifmgr.port.monitor.failed: The "link_flapping" health check for port e0d (node node1) has failed. The port is operating in a degraded state.
    10/24/2025 22:26:20 node1  ALERT callhome.clus.net.degraded: Call home for CLUSTER NETWORK DEGRADED: Frequent Link Flapping - Cluster port e0d on node node1 has experienced multiple link down notifications.
