Answer

  • IOM12 shelf module firmware version 03.00 (0300) or later is required to support DCM2 drive drawers in DS460C shelves.
  • IOM12 shelf module firmware version 04.01 (0401) or later is required to support DCM3 drive drawers in DS460C shelves.
  • IOM12B shelf module firmware version 02.02 (0202) or later is required to support DCM3 drive drawers in DS460C shelves.
  • If necessary, upgrade to the latest IOM12 Disk Shelf Firmware.
