"HDD partitioning not supported" error when adding disks to aggr

Issue

  • A new shelf was added to the cluster but when attempting to add disks to an existing raid group in in existing aggregate, the command failed with the error "HDD partitioning not supported"
  • ADP v1 was properly configured on the partner node and the existing aggregates on the affected node were already using partitioned disks
