Issue

 

  • ONTAP cluster node panics and and reboots HA pair in takeover
Example:
 
RPANIC:aggr aggr1: raid volfsm, fatal disk error in RAID group with no parity disk. raid type raid0 in SK process config_thread on release 9.3P7 (C)
 
Multiple SCSI check condition errors:

isp2400_intrd: scsi.cmd.checkCondition:error]: Disk device x:18.126L31: Check Condition: CDB 0x88:000000018b75632e:00000009:
Sense Data SCSI:recovered error -  (0x1 - 0x45 0x0 0xb)(9971).

0x01 RECOVERED ERROR Indicates that the command completed successfully, with some recovery action performed by the device server. Details may be determined by examining the sense data
(e.g., the INFORMATION field). If multiple recovered errors occur during one command, the choice of which error to report (e.g., first, last, most severe) is vendor specific.
