Flash Cache hot swap results in cannot insert module error message

Issue

While performing the system controller slot module insert command in conjunction with the Hot-swap a caching module action plan the following error occurs:

cluster1::> system controller slot module insert -node local -slot 6-1
pci_hot_plug_op(1471): slot 38 operation 4.
Warning: SSD module in slot 6-1 of node cluster1-01 will be powered on
          and initialized.
Do you want to continue? {y|n}: y

Error: command failed: Cannot insert module because replacement module type does not match the previous type.
